Strengthening and Reconciling Christian Leaders to Transform Communities
Ministry that bears witness to the Gospel of the Kingdom is always grounded in the commandments to love God and neighbor. Many have observed that enormous effort and resources have been invested in part 'A' of the great commandment. Bearing witness to this is the abundance of diverse theologies and ecclesiastical forms. Much less has been invested to fulfill part 'B'...love your neighbor as you love yourself. 
SLS is a non-profit corporation envisioning a movement in which Christian leaders in mutually enriching relationships spawn ideas and resources to advance Kingdom ministry.
SLS's founders, Richard and Mary Coleman, draw on four decades of experience as pastors, non-profit leaders, parents and mentors to help Christian leaders live out the commandment to love each other. This objective is limited by the extent to which leaders love themselves. So, we offer various means by which issues of the heart might be addressed in private, small group and corporate settings. By living and serving in the space between the two great commandments, we extend The Kingdom of God.
